The WVU Frederick Alumni Chapter would like to honor an individual who has aided the chapter with support and encouragement.  The fourth WVU Frederick Alumni Spotlight accolade goes to Kevin Heffner.  Kevin Heffner is one of the longest and still active local alumnus, a member of the local alumni softball team, and a key member in game watches and Blue Lot tailgates.  Thanks Kevin for all of the support!
